  2. The merchant needs a directly-boarded TSYS Sierra MID/VAR sheet

Solution

Koard supports TSYS Sierra (direct boarding), not merchants on a Tango frontend. A Tango frontend may clear through TSYS, but a merchant boarded on Tango cannot be boarded through Koard.

If a merchant cannot process payments, confirm the account is boarded directly on TSYS with a properly issued TSYS Sierra MID/VAR sheet. A Tango VAR sheet will not work.
